For they
who are fluent in foreign language, they will get their own joy and ease. Novel
readers included. Reading novels in original language has its own charm that
cannot be gained when reading its translation version.
Even though
often differ, both have the charm of the stories that almost identical—if not
same. Both versions also have their own advantages. Translation novels are more
understandable for them who are beginner at original novels’ cultures and
languages. While for they who understand the original version will get the
messages which cannot be gained from its translation. Readers will get direct
messages from the authors because they understand the cultures and languages
that are used in the novels. Furthermore, language and writing style will be
different in both versions. These are caused by the limit of point of view,
value, and moral between the author and the translator.
